Our eBizGuides Representative in the Sahel Region is looking to expand its team within the Sahel region. There is currently a place open for Mauritania as Sales Business Developer. (Position 1 )

EXPANDING OUR ACTIVITIES IN WESTERN AFRICA


eBizGuides new business model 2.0 is going through a rapid and dynamic growth.  If you are interested in developping eBizGuides activities in Western Africa Region  that includes countries like Ghana, Cote dÍvoire, Republic of Guinea then the oppotunities we offer may be of your interest. 
We are the pioneer and only Business Travel Guide and our brand, over now 20 years, is a reference for its Business Intelligence and Country Guides for decision makers, politicians and business community.

POSITION 2 :eBizGuides Independent Representative Western Africa Region

LOCATION: COTE D´IVOIRE, GHANA, TOGO, SIERRA LEONA, LIBERIA, GUINEA CONAKRY DURATION: PERMANENT POSITION 
JOB TYPE: Independent Contractor.
FINANCIAL PACKAGE: Uncapped earnings, estimated $60,000 to 120.000. After 3 months of financial assistance you will work exclusively on high Contigency/Results based. 

 CAREER PATH: We offer a career development that will start within the above countries and will let you grow into a regional sales manager within 2 to 3 years. You can then become the continental manager of eBizGuides within another 1 to 2 years. eBizGuides offers the option to be a shareholder of the company once you become a regional manager.

The individual must have an excellent and proved sales experience with at least 2 years of experience in the countries listed above or in Western Africa as a whole.  

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
Work under the leadership and management of your eBizGuides Commercial Manager in the countries listed above.
Responsible for implementing all sales strategies required by eBizGuides Commercial Manager and yourself 
Responsible for meeting all sales objectives required by eBizGuides Commercial Manager and yourself 
Responsible for reaching all metrics established by eBizGuides Commercial Manager and yourself 
Managing your own budget.
Responsible for placing all contact and project information in CRM ( salesforce ) and updating it daily based on local meetings, sales and project activities
Responsible for establishing local partnerships with media agencies, consulting firms, legal entities, financial institutions for editorial purposes.
Responsible for managing and training in field other Sales Representatives to meet minimum metrics to become Sales Manager within the next project following a series of milestones that the Outside Sales Representative must hit prior to end of each project.
Is in charge of all the network, database, project weekly summary and debriefs to head office.
Is in charge of all public relations and local promotions efforts while in country.
Is in charge of quickly establishing social media professional contacts to help heighten our social media presence within the local market.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Male or Female of +2 years proven professional sales experience 
Must speak English and French. Other languages are a plus.
Must have completed a University degree, preferably in International Relations / Public Affairs, Economics, Communications, Business
A passion for Economics, Public Policy, International Affairs, Business, etc.
Excellent Public Relations, strong presence and impeccable business attire.
A passion for SALES
Must understand the complete sales cycle from: prospecting, Initial contacting, qualifying, presenting sale, overcoming objections, closing, and generating referrals
An excellent negotiator
A hunter and closer mindset
Customer focused and a great listener
Problem solver and analytical minded
Enjoy communicating and an avid reader
Excellent at making and presenting power points, 
Proficient in computer skills
CRM experience with salesforce or similar CRM platforms like WorkPLace
